Barentz, headquartered in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands, has announced two leadership appointments within its EMEA organisation. Roberto Villa will assume the role of Managing Director and Country Manager of Barentz Italia as of 1 August 2026, whilst retaining his current position as VP Animal Nutrition EMEA. He succeeds Oliver Fox, who will conclude his tenure at Barentz on 31 July 2026, having served as Managing Director and Country Manager of Barentz Italia and VP Performance Materials EMEA. Roberto Villa has been with Barentz for more than 16 years and brings extensive experience in the specialty ingredients industry, alongside in-depth knowledge of the Italian business and the wider EMEA organisation. In his expanded role, he will focus on business continuity, the development of the Italian team, and strengthening Barentz's position with customers and principals in the market. Barentz has appointed Roberto Villa as Managing Director and Country Manager of Barentz Italia and Cagdas Cagri as VP Performance Materials EMEA.
