Mixing and dispersing: Niemann secures major order from the USA
The production equipment company Niemann, based in Melle/Gemrany, has secured a significant major order in the USA. With a volume of EUR 9 million, the company is strengthening its international market presence.
The Germany-based mechanical engineering company Niemann has received a major order from the United States. The company, which specialises in the development and production of mixing and dispersing technology machinery, will supply equipment with a total value of USD 9.5 million (approximately EUR 9 million) to a leading manufacturer in the US coatings industry.
The equipment provided by Niemann comprises both the well-established “Kreis-Dissolver” systems and further highly advanced machinery solutions specifically tailored to the requirements of paint and coatings manufacturing. These will soon be used to produce aerospace coatings and sealants intended exclusively for the aviation industry. This order ranks among the largest in the company’s more than 60-year history.
With this major order, Niemann is further expanding its position in the field of mixing and dispersing technology. The high precision and efficiency of the “Kreis-Dissolver” technology in particular proved to be decisive factors in the awarding of the contract, according to the company.
Strategic Importance of the US Market for Niemann
The USA is one of the largest markets for the paint and coatings industry worldwide and represents an important growth market for Niemann. With this major order, the company is not only strengthening its market presence but also its long-term position in a highly competitive environment. The client, whose name is not disclosed for reasons of confidentiality, will deploy the machinery across several production sites in order to expand its manufacturing capacity and increase efficiency.
