Snetor takes over distribution for Ineos Olefins & Polymers in Europe

Since 22 April 2026, Snetor has been distributing the polyethylene and polypropylene products of Ineos Olefins & Polymers in Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal. In France, Snetor will exclusively market the polyethylene products.

This step builds on the long-standing partnership between the two companies, which already collaborate in other regions worldwide. The aim of the agreement is to secure a stable, regional supply of high-quality polymer solutions and to improve access for small and medium-sized processors in Europe.

In recent years, Ineos has made substantial investments, including EUR 4 billion in Europe’s most sustainable cracker and EUR 500 million in upgrading the Lavera facility into a low-carbon production site. These measures lay the foundation for a competitive and forward-looking supply.

Snetor itself regards the partnership as a significant step in its European development. With a consolidated turnover of nearly EUR 2 billion in 2025 and more than 450 employees, the company has established itself as a distributor across Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.
