Sherwin-Williams marked the official opening of its new global headquarters in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on 11 May 2026. The newly constructed campus spans approximately 93,000 m² and includes a two-storey welcome pavilion, a 36-floor office tower, and a multi-level parking facility. As part of the company’s “Building Our Future” initiative, the headquarters aims to foster collaboration, creativity, and innovation while supporting teams working closely with customers globally.

Heidi G. Petz, Chair, President, and CEO of Sherwin-Williams, highlighted the importance of the new facility: “This grand opening marks a defining moment in the company’s 160-year history. Our new global headquarters is a strategic investment in our people, our customers, and our hometown. It reflects who we are today and how we intend to lead in the future.”

Strengthening ties with the Cleveland community

Sherwin-Williams has maintained its presence in Northeast Ohio since its founding in 1866.
