ETCC 2026 to be held in Prague for the first time – registration and Call for Papers now open

The European Technical Coatings Congress (ETCC) will take place in the Czech Republic for the first time. Organized by FATIPEC and the Czech Chemical Society, the congress will be held in Prague from 30 June to 2 July 2026. The organizers report that the first registrations and abstract submissions have already been received. Early Bird registration runs until 15 January 2026.

The event addresses researchers, developers, academics and industrial experts. The scientific programme covers a broad range of topics, including:

  • Coatings for wood

  • Corrosion protection

  • Construction coatings

  • Adhesives, sealants and inks

  • Pigments, fillers and additives

  • AI, digitalisation and automation

  • Processing, production and application techniques

  • Sustainability and defossilisation

  • Modelling, measuring and testing

  • Safety, legislation and regulation

A practical Summer School will take place on 29 June 2026.
