Orion CFO Jeff Glajch to retire in Q4 2025

Orion has announced that Chief Financial Officer Jeff Glajch will retire in early Q4 2025. A search for his successor will begin shortly, with Glajch supporting the transition through the end of the year.

Orion has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Jeff Glajch, will retire in early Q4 2025. Glajch has served in the role for three and a half years, contributing to the company’s financial and IT leadership.

CEO Corning Painter thanked Glajch for his contributions, noting that Orion is well-positioned for future growth with strong finance and technology teams in place.

Transition planning and search for successor

Orion will launch a comprehensive search to identify a new CFO. To ensure a smooth transition, Glajch will remain with the company in an advisory capacity through the end of 2025.

Orion is a leading global supplier of carbon black for a range of industries, including coatings, tyres, inks, batteries and plastics. The company operates four innovation centres and 15 production sites worldwide, offering one of the most diverse portfolios of manufacturing processes in the sector.
