Fenix Group appoints new leadership team
The Fenix Group Specialty Performance Coatings, headquartered in Minnetonka, Minnesota, has announced the appointment of a new leadership team. The four executives are set to steer the company’s strategic growth, culture development, and business outcomes across its specialty coatings operations.
Peter Kirton takes on the role of Chief Executive Officer. His career spans diverse international markets, with a focus on the coatings industry encompassing businesses in both industrial and construction markets. The company describes him as experienced in setting strategic direction, building teams, and driving results for customers, employees, and stakeholders.
Stephen Cooke joins as President and Chief Revenue Officer, bringing a background in industrial and architectural coatings. He has experience in leading growth and operational excellence, with a focus on strategy development and change management through collaboration.
Bryan Ulin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer, bringing 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, and accounting. He is noted for implementing data-driven decision-making and driving improvements in profitability and operational efficiency.
John Czarnik assumes the role of Chief Operating Officer, with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Champion certification and is described as combining process improvement with a people-centred leadership approach.
