Borchers appoints IMCD as exclusive distributor in Mexico starting 2026
Borchers has appointed IMCD as its exclusive distributor for Mexico starting in January 2026. The agreement extends the companies’ collaboration to strengthen distribution and technical support in the region.
Borchers, a Milliken brand, has appointed IMCD S.A. de C.V. as its exclusive distributor in Mexico, effective January 1, 2026. The agreement covers the full range of coating additives supplied to the paints and coatings sector and adjacent markets, including construction, adhesives, printing inks, textiles, leather and paper.
The appointment builds on the companies’ existing cooperation in several European markets. With IMCD’s local presence and distribution network, Borchers aims to strengthen market coverage and customer support in Mexico.
Borchers states that there will be no immediate changes for orders shipped before January 1, 2026. During the transition period, customers can continue to contact Milliken’s customer service with questions regarding delivery and order processing.
