Biesterfeld Switzerland under new management: Michael Schenck becomes General Manager
Biesterfeld has appointed Michael Schenck as the new General Manager of Biesterfeld Plastic Suisse and Biesterfeld Helvetia. In this position, he will be responsible for the Group’s entire distribution business in Switzerland.
Schenck brings with him decades of experience in the chemical industry. The technical business economist previously held various positions – including in application technology, R&D and business management for Coatings & Adhesives. He joined the company in 2016 as Head of Sales for Biesterfeld Helvetia. The Biesterfeld Group organises the distribution of plastics, rubbers and speciality chemicals in Switzerland via its Swiss subsidiaries.
