Since summer 2025, the Bodo Möller Chemie Group and Henkel have expanded their sales partnership in the automotive sector to other European markets. The cooperation now also includes Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and the Benelux countries. The aim is to achieve greater customer proximity in these regions in order to support tier customers and automotive suppliers even more efficiently.

Bodo Möller Chemie offers its customers comprehensive advice and technical support – from corrosion protection and adhesive solutions to materials for highly efficient manufacturing processes. The expanded range includes renowned Henkel brands, with a focus on key vehicle areas such as exterior, powertrain, interior and chassis.

Strategic expansion for greater customer proximity and technical expertise

‘Our successful partnership with Henkel in Central and Eastern Europe forms a solid basis for this next step. The new agreement is an essential part of our growth strategy and enables us to bring our solution expertise to bear in other markets in a targeted manner,’ says Frank Haug, CEO of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group. As a solution provider, Bodo Möller Chemie supports its customers from the selection of suitable adhesives and sealants through technical project management to qualification, engineering and troubleshooting. ‘Tailor-made solutions and comprehensive service are crucial, especially in the automotive industry. This is exactly what we now offer in the new markets from a single source,’ adds Andreas Moser, Sales Director at Bodo Möller Chemie.

Henkel also views the collaboration positively. Martina Mauermann, Channel Manager Automotive Adhesive Europe at Henkel, emphasises: ‘With Bodo Möller Chemie, we have an experienced partner at our side who understands our products and applies technical expertise in a targeted manner to the customer.’ The expanded partnership strengthens the sales and service network in Europe, enabling further expansion of both customer proximity and technological expertise.
