Chemlink Specialities and Addi-Tec become Harke UK

Both companies will retain their individual business areas while expanding into six new areas:

• Chemlink (cosmetic raw materials and raw materials from the HI&I sector)
• Addi-Tec (ingredients and additives from the Coatings, Plastics and Polymers division)
• Pharma (pharmaceutical raw materials)
• Nutra (nutritional supplements)
• Food (food additives and ingredients)
• Basechem (basic chemicals and agrochemicals)

In each of these business areas, the Group offers distribution services to customers,
formulation, reformulation, regulatory consulting, micro-testing, product sourcing and marketing support. The merger and rebranding aims to serve the UK, Irish and European markets by expanding the range of products and services offered.
