Śnieżka establishes subsidiaries in Czechia and Slovakia
Śnieżka Group is expanding its presence in Central Europe by establishing two new subsidiaries in Czechia and Slovakia. The entities will focus on sales and distribution under the Poli-Farbe brand.
The Polish paint producer Śnieżka Group has announced the formation of two new subsidiaries in Czechia and Slovakia: Poli-Farbe Czechia and Poli-Farbe Slovakia. These entities will manage the sales and distribution of Poli-Farbe branded products in their respective markets.
Piotr Mikrut, CEO of Śnieżka Group, stated: “The establishment of subsidiaries in Czechia and Slovakia is part of the Śnieżka Group’s strategy, which focuses on operations in Central and Eastern Europe. This will enable more effective coordination of sales and further development of our presence in these countries. It is a natural step, considering the proximity of both markets to Poland. An additional advantage of this approach is our modern Logistics Centre in Zawada (Podkarpacie), which ensures efficient service for these directions.”
The decision has been formally approved by the paint producer’s management board and supervisory board, with registration documents already submitted. Both subsidiaries will be established as limited liability companies, fully owned by Śnieżka.
