Nordmann to expand distribution of Olin epoxy products to the UK & Ireland
Nordmann will take over the distribution of Olin’s epoxy resins, hardeners and the Litestone line in the UK and Ireland from January 2026, further extending the companies’ existing cooperation.
Nordmann, the international chemical distributor, is expanding its partnership with Olin, a global supplier of epoxy materials. Beginning in January 2026, Nordmann will distribute Olin’s epoxy resins, hardeners and the Litestone range in the UK and Ireland. The companies have cooperated in epoxy raw materials since 2017, initially in the DACH region and, since 2023, in Central and Eastern Europe.
Relevance for the coatings sector
Epoxy systems play a key role in industrial coatings, protective systems, adhesives, composites and electrical encapsulation materials. The extended distribution agreement improves access to these raw materials in the UK and Ireland and provides formulators with a consolidated regional supplier base.
As part of the agreement, Nordmann will take responsibility for full customer support, including technical guidance, local warehousing and continuity of supply. The move aims to strengthen supply chains and support manufacturers in relevant coatings and composite applications.
