Peter Holm appointed Chairman of Bodo Möller Chemie Denmark
Bodo Möller Chemie Group has appointed Peter Holm as Chairman of its Danish subsidiary. After many years in operational management, he is stepping back from day-to-day business. The company’s Danish operations are now headed by Karin Håkansson.
Bodo Möller Chemie Group has appointed Peter Holm, long-serving Managing Director of Bodo Möller Chemie Denmark, as Chairman. Holm, who has been with the company since 2008, was instrumental in establishing the Danish subsidiary and led the expansion of the Nordic Region. With his new role, he will gradually step back from operational duties.
Since the beginning of the year, Karin Håkansson has taken over as Managing Director in Denmark. By appointing Holm as Chairman, the group ensures that it continues to benefit from his industry expertise and strategic insights. CEO Frank Haug emphasised that Holm had developed the Danish operations with dedication and foresight into a key part of the company.
Continuity in the Nordic Region
Holm stated that, after many years in operational management, it was time to step back and make way for new perspectives, while continuing to support Håkansson in his new role. With this structural adjustment, Bodo Möller Chemie Group underlines its focus on sustainable growth and clear responsibilities, aiming to continue its successful development in the Nordic Region.
