Delo honoured as one of Germany’s best managed companies
Delo Industrie Klebstoffe has received the Best Managed Companies Award 2025. The recognition highlights the company’s strategic focus, innovation culture and financial leadership within the German SME sector.
Delo Industrie Klebstoffe has been awarded the Best Managed Companies Award 2025, a prestigious distinction presented by Deloitte Private in collaboration with UBS, the Federation of German Industries (BDI) and the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. The award ceremony took place at the Palmengarten in Frankfurt am Main.
This recognition is part of a global programme that acknowledges excellently managed medium-sized companies. Launched in the 1990s by Deloitte in Canada, the initiative is now active in over 45 countries. In Germany, the award has been presented annually since 2018.
Evaluation criteria and jury selection
Participating companies are assessed based on four key areas: corporate strategy, productivity and innovation, culture and commitment, as well as governance and financials. An independent jury composed of experts from industry and research evaluates the companies’ performance in these categories to determine the winners.
The selected awardees join a global network of successful mid-sized enterprises and serve as role models for business excellence in their respective sectors. Delo’s management was represented at the ceremony by Christian Walther and Dr Karl Bitzer, who accepted the award on behalf of the company.
