Axalta expands distribution network by acquiring three European distributors
The coatings manufacturer Axalta is strengthening its sales presence in Europe with the acquisition of three distributors in Italy and France. These will become part of the Axalta Axcess network.
Axalta has acquired three European distributors with the aim of further expanding its Axalta Axcess network by the end of 2024. The distributors in question are the Italian companies Colorificio Brianza Car and Brianza Car 3 in Lombardy, and the French distributor CPS Carrosserie Peinture Système near Bordeaux. These new locations will expand Axalta’s distribution network to over 40 distribution centres in ten European countries.
With this strategic expansion, Axalta aims to further strengthen its market position in Europe and improve efficiency in customer care and logistics. The integration of the new locations into the Axcess network underlines the company’s long-term growth strategy.
