DKSH enters exclusive distribution partnership with Synthomer in Eastern Europe
DKSH has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Synthomer to strengthen the company’s coatings and construction polymers business in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
DKSH has entered into a sole distribution agreement with Synthomer, a global supplier of specialty polymers, extending their cooperation to Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The partnership builds on existing collaborations in the Nordic and Baltic markets, as well as in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Synthomer provides polymer solutions for coatings, construction materials and adhesives, including technologies that support the development of more sustainable formulations. The company aims to expand its regional footprint by leveraging DKSH’s local distribution network and technical capabilities.
Strengthening presence in key coatings markets
Under the agreement, DKSH will handle business development, marketing, sales and distribution activities in the three Eastern European markets. Synthomer expects the partnership to improve market access and customer support through DKSH’s local expertise and established logistics infrastructure.
Both companies emphasize that the expanded cooperation will help meet the evolving needs of the coatings and construction industries, particularly as demand grows for advanced and more sustainable polymer technologies.
