Brenntag expands partnership with Momentive in Asia-Pacific
Brenntag has signed a new distribution agreement with Momentive Performance Materials Inc. covering the Philippines, extending its existing partnerships in Indonesia and Vietnam.
The agreement includes the distribution of Momentive’s silicone and specialty solutions for various industrial applications, including building materials and coatings. Brenntag’s Material Science CASE division (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers) will handle product distribution and technical support.
According to Brenntag, the collaboration aims to improve access to Momentive’s portfolio of additives, silanes, and specialty fluids while expanding technical cooperation in the region.

Silicone additives and silanes play an important role in coatings, improving adhesion, durability, and surface performance. The expanded partnership strengthens supply chains in Southeast Asia and benefits coatings manufacturers seeking reliable, high-quality raw materials for advanced formulations.
