Peter Votruba-Drzal
Peter Votruba‑Drzal is Vice President, Global Sustainability at PPG, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of paints, coatings and specialty materials. In this global role, he is responsible for integrating sustainability across PPG’s business strategy, innovation pipeline and operations, including decarbonisation, sustainably advantaged products and responsible value‑chain transformation. With nearly two decades at PPG and a background in materials science and R&D leadership, Votruba‑Drzal plays a key role in translating advanced technologies into scalable, market‑ready solutions that strengthen resilience and long‑term competitiveness across global industries.

Niko Safavi
Niko Safavi is the CEO of PT Mowilex Indonesia, one of Southeast Asia’s leading manufacturers of premium architectural and industrial coatings. Since assuming the role in 2019, he has led a far‑reaching transformation focused on long‑term resilience, environmental accountability, and digital capability. Under his leadership, Mowilex became Indonesia’s first manufacturer to achieve verified carbon‑neutral certification while also being recognised by Deloitte as one of Indonesia’s Best Managed Companies for four consecutive years. Safavi has championed data‑driven management and the use of AI‑enabled systems across R&D, manufacturing and supply chains to improve efficiency and decision‑making. Prior to joining Mowilex, he held senior leadership roles in the international banking sector, including at Bank of America and Aozora Bank Japan, bringing a strong background in strategic leadership, risk management and organisational transformation to industrial manufacturing

Fillipe Colombo
Filipe Colombo is CEO of Anjo Tintas, one of Brazil’s leading paint manufacturers and a family‑owned industrial group with more than three decades of market presence. Having assumed the CEO role at a young age, he has led the company through a period of accelerated growth and professionalisation, combining entrepreneurial agility with structured, data‑driven management. Under his leadership, Anjo Tintas expanded its product portfolio, strengthened governance, and demonstrated resilience during periods of economic volatility. Colombo is also a published business author, having written Gestão Profissional na Prática (Professional Management in Practice), and an Ironman finisher, bringing a strong personal focus on discipline, endurance and continuous improvement into his leadership approach.

David Beckford
David Beckford is Chief Executive Officer of Pronto Paints, a UK‑based independent coatings manufacturer. He leads the company with a strong focus on operational resilience, regulatory compliance and sustainable growth, bringing the perspective of an entrepreneurial, mid‑sized manufacturer operating in a complex and evolving market environment. In parallel to his role at Pronto Paints, Beckford serves as the current President (Chairman) of CEPE, the European Council of the Paint, Printing Ink and Artists’ Colours Industry. Appointed in 2024 as the first UK representative to hold this position, he plays a key role in shaping the industry’s engagement with European policymakers on regulation, sustainability and competitiveness.

Daniel S. Murad
Daniel S. The conference registration includes:-

3.250 € Standard Fee (incl. 2 nights at the hotel) 2.950 € Group ticket price per person (for 3 or more people, non-refundable) 1.750 € Board members (For full time employees of associations that are member at World Coatings Council and their board presidents incl. 2 nights at the hotel) Stated fees are net prices.
Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation policies are the following: Fees will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received up to 4 weeks before the conference. 50% of the fee will be refunded if cancellation is received later, but no later than two weeks before the conference. Delegates who cancel less than two weeks before the conference or fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference fee. In all cases postmark shall apply. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be made in writing and will be confirmed by the organiser.
