Oxea completes executive team and drives transformation forward

The chemical company has completed its global management team by filling several key positions. In doing so, the company is strategically positioning itself for its next phase of growth.

Oxea has announced appointments to several leadership positions. In addition to Ed Ray as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Andrew Moseley as Executive Vice President (EVP) Commercial, and Dr Christoph Balzer as EVP Operations, other key roles have also been announced:

  • Neil Colquhoun assumes the position of Executive Vice President (EVP) Strategy & Innovation.
  • Dr. Oliver Borgmeier has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO).
  • Catherine Keenan will assume the role of Executive Vice President (EVP) General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
  • Dr. Salim Al Huthaili remains CEO of the company and is leading the strategic realignment.

With the leadership team now fully in place, Oxea is poised to consistently implement the company’s strategic goals. These include the further development of sustainable chemicals, the optimization of global production processes, and the strengthening of the market position in key industries such as paints, coatings, and plastics.
