How can I change my company entry?

If you already have an account, you can log in to our client area and change your company data.

If you do not have a log in, please register. Please proceed as follows:

  1. Click on the following link: http://directory.european-coatings.com/start/company-edit/s=1"
  2. Activate the checkbox "I know our customer ID and would like to link with it." and fill in your customer ID. Then the form fills automatically with the existing data from your company.
  3. Click "Advance to Categories", fill out your personal data and accept the terms and conditions. Please note: the chosen e-mail address and the password will be you login data later.
  4. Click "Finish company entry".
  5. We will send you an e-mail. Please confirm your registration by clicking the link in the e-mail. After that, you will get to the customer area and can edit your company data.

Where can I find my customer ID?

You can find it on order confirmations or invoices. If you can´t find your customer ID, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone +49 511 9910-249 or by e-mail: patricia.luepertz@vincentz.net

I changed my company data. How long will it take for the changes to show online?

All changes will instantly show online. Please try to reload the website in order to see the changes by pressing the "F5” key on your keyboard.

My company is not listed in European Coatings Directory. How can I submit a new entry?

Please make sure that your company is currently not listed by using the search engine. After that, please proceed as follows:

  1. Click on "Register company free of charge"
  2. Fill out the form with your company data.
  3. Click on "Advance to categories".
  4. Please choose your primary category. Optional you can choose additional product categories.
  5. Click "Advance to Categories", fill out your personal data and accept the terms and conditions. Please note: the chosen e-mail address and the password will be you log in data later.
  6. Click on "Next step: Upgrade" and choose your upgrade package. Depending on the chosen package, you can add more details to your company profile (e.g. logo, description).
  7. Click on "Finish company entry"
  8. We will send you an e-mail. Please confirm your registration by clicking the link in the e-mail. After that, you will get to the customer area and can edit your company data.

If you choose our free of charge basic entry, your company data will be online right after you confirm the link in the e-mail. If you choose BRONZE, SILVER or GOLD, please note that we will active with a delay of one or two days.

How can I change my package?

If you want to upgrade your entry, please log in. Now you can click on the menu item "Upgrade" and make the desired changes. We will process your update as quickly as possible and we will send an order confirmation where you can see the adjustments. After that, you can see the changes online.

What means basic entry?

The basic entry is a free of charge listing in the European Coatings Directory by company name, product categories and address without contact details.

What benefits I get by booking a paid upgrade package?

Information about our three upgrade packages BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD you will find here.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do?

I you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot your Password?" at the log in area and fill in your e-mail address. We will send you an e-mail with a one time link to reset your password.

I changed and saved my company data, but I cannot see it online. What´s the reason?

The data displayed in the search results depends on the package you have chosen. A list of our upgrade packages BRONZE, SILVER and GOLD you find here.

I do not received a confirmation e-mail. What´s the reason?

If you don´t get a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder. If there is no e-mail, please proceed as follows:

  1. Log in with the e-mail address and password which you used by the registration.
  2. Click on the upper right hand side on "My profil" and choose a menu item in the editing form. You will see following notification: "You cannot save changes until confirmation of your email address! Resend confirmation email."
  3. Please click on the notification and check your input – include the spam folder – afterwards.
  4. If you still not received a confirmation, maybe there is a mistake in your e-mail address. Please contact our support.

Our company is already registered, but I have no login? What should I do?

You have to register new and link your log in with your company profile. Proceed please as follows:
