Uta Holzenkamp
BASF Coatings
Uta Holzenkamp started her career at BASF in pharmaceutical research. In 2018 she became Senior Vice President, managing the global business unit Fuel & Lubricant Solutions. Since the beginning of 2022 she has been leading the Coatings Division of BASF. Uta Holzenkamp studied organic chemistry in Muenster, Germany, Edinburgh, UK, and Ohio State, USA, and she has a PhD from Mainz University in Germany.
Michael Hansen
Hempel
Michael Hansen joined Hempel in May 2017 as Chief Commercial Officer and has delivered remarkable results as a central driver of the global transformation in Hempel. Prior to taking on the role as Group President and Chief Executive Officer of Hempel A/S, Michael was part of the Executive Group Management as Executive Vice President, Energy & Infrastructure.
Michael Hansen holds a degree from Copenhagen Business School, as well as an Executive MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Prior to joining Hempel, Michael Hansen worked 19 years for Maersk, where he held the position, among others, of Vice President, Global Head of Sales & Marketing in Maersk Line.

Miguel Mantas
Allnex
Miguel Mantas was appointed chief executive officer at Allnex in 2016, after 9 years as Co-CEO of OXEA. He has over three decades of global executive experience in the chemicals and materials industry. A native of Portugal, he began his career with Hoechst AG in 1986.
Michael McGarry
PPG
Michael H. McGarry is Chairman and chief executive officer of PPG Industries. He joined the company`s board of directors in July, 2015, was named CEO in September 2015, and Chairman in 2016. He progressed to these roles in 2015 after serving as president and chief operating officer in March 2015. A native of New Orleans, McGarry is a mechanical engineering graduate of the University of Texas and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. McGarry is the current Chair of the American Coatings Association.
Johnson Ongking
Pacific Paints
Johnson Ongking holds economics degrees from Georgetown University, Washington, USA, and the University of Toronto in Canada. After a year working in Poland, he joined Pacific Paint in 1996. At present, he is Vice President at that company, the largest paint manufacturer in the Philippines.
Jeffrey Powell
Diamond Vogel
Jeffrey J. Powell is president and chief executive officer of Diamond Vogel, Inc. He joined the company in 2016 and transitioned to his current role in 2019. Powell started his career in 1991 as a coatings sales representative of PPG Industries. He progressed through various positions before leaving in 2004 to work for the Jones-Blair Company, eventually as CEO and then President of Hempel North America after their acquisition. He is a marketing and management graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
Christophe Sabas
Beckers
As CEO of Beckers, Christophe Sabas is leading the change towards a sustainable future for Beckers. He has over two decades of global executive experience in the chemicals and paint industry. He has been with Beckers since 1999 and became its CEO in 2020. In-between, he held several other positions, including Managing Director of Beckers France and President Coil Coatings Europe, Africa & Americas. Christophe believes as responsible industrialists we all have a responsibility to lead on climate change.
João Luis Serrenho
CIN
Joao Luis Serrenho is Executive Director at CIN, and Director at Boero Bartolomeo. Prior to his career in the coatings industry, he was a management consultant for Bain & Company in the UK and USA. Joao graduated in Management and Industrial Engineering from the University of Porto, and holds an MBA from London Business School.
Lionel Schlessinger
Monopol Coatings
Lionel Schlessinger took over Monopol Colors from his father almost 30 years ago. Since then, he has expanded the business volume and honed the reputation of his company to great acclaim in Europe and other markets. He is famous for speaking his mind and daring to go different routes.
Frank Sullivan
RPM
Frank C. Sullivan entered the University of North Carolina as a Morehead-Cain Scholar and received his B.A. degree in 1983. From 1983 to 1987, he held various positions at Harris Bank and First Union National Bank prior to joining RPM. In 1989, Mr. Sullivan became RPM`s Director of Corporate Development. After subsequent senior positions at RPM, he became CEO in 2002 and was elected Chairman of the Board in 2008. He also serves on the several other boards, including that of the American Coatings Association.
