Tim has 10 years+ of expertise in the coatings and inks additives industry. He held positions in strategic marketing and research & development with a focus on silicone-based chemistry. He has a diploma in Business Chemistry from the University of Münster, Germany. Tim joined Evonik in 2010 and currently the Head of Sustainability for the Coating Additives Business Line, based in Essen, Germany.

Marco Samland, Evonik

Marco has been with Evonik since 2001 and has been working at Coating Additives (Essen Goldschmidt) in the function of "Manager COATINO Campus" since March 1, 2022. Before that, Marco spent 11 years in HR Talentmanagement as a trainer/consultant for workshops, seminars, new digital formats, moderation, and also a sustainability business game called "Napuro". Marco has a degree as industrial clerk and holds several certifications as trainer and business coach.
