When looking for a matting solution, synthetic silicas are often the preferred choice, thanks to their outstanding efficiency. But in many catalyzed polyurethane systems, that performance comes at a price: impaired cure response caused by reduced catalyst activity. Retaining adequate catalyst activity by accepting less efficient matting is an unsustainable compromise in today’s fast-paced coatings market.
Following extensive development work, chemists have revealed the panacea for this persistent matting dilemma. Finally – by drastically reducing catalyst impact – formulators can achieve an excellent cure response, superior matting efficiency and an outstanding sheen/gloss ratio.
It’s time to end the compromise. Join this exclusive webinar to discover this groundbreaking synthetic silica technology and the unique benefits of its application in coil and industrial coatings.
