EC WebForum Regulations - Navigating chemical legislation in Asia
Update on the latest Japanese, Korean and Chinese legal requirements.

About the webforum
It is not always easy to comply with all regulations on the domestic market. Compliance gets even more difficult when trading with other countries or expanding into new markets. Asia-Pacific is an important region for the global paints and coatings industry. In this virtual event we take a look at chemical regulation in three of the most important markets here.
Many coatings manufacturers are active on the Chinese market. Since the beginning of the year, the new China REACH is in force and enterprises which manufacture or export new chemicals into China need to comply with the new regulatory requirements. Get an update and learn what needs to be taken into consideration.
Another large market for paints and coatings is Japan. Event participants learn more about the unique conditions of the Japanese chemical legislation. Even though neighbouring South Korea is much smaller, it still is the fourth largest coatings market in Asia-Pacific. Hear the latest developments in chemical regulation in Korea - from K-REACH to the biocide regulation K-BPR to Korean Occupational Safety and Health Act K-OSHA.
