Nordmann and Evonik expand partnership

Since the beginning of the year, Nordmann has been managing the German and Benelux distribution of Evonik's product line for flame retardant applications.
Nordmann is expanding its portfolio to include Evonik’s reactive, halogen-free, transparent and liquid flame retardants.

Evonik has been partnering with Nordmann in the monomer sector since 1995. Now, Nordmann is expanding its portfolio to include Evonik’s reactive, halogen-free, transparent and liquid flame retardants.

"Complement to our existing portfolio"

"The range serves as an ideal complement to our existing portfolio of halogen-free flame retardants (HFFR) and synergists, thanks to the line’s unique properties. Being both liquid and transparent, the products are particularly well-suited for many different types of applications in the adhesives, plastics, paint and coatings industries, as well as for use in fibers, composite resins and gelcoats," remarked Ralf Meier, Business Manager Flame Retardants at Nordmann.
