The so called MT technology from microsTech reduces the biocide content through the customised application of tailor-made boosters. These will be distributed by Impag under the brand "Impaboost”. The technology is suitable for a range of products, such as aqueous dispersions, paints, adhesives, varnishes, grout, personal care products, cleaning agents, lubricants or slurries.

Manufacturing environmentally friendly products

Beat Windler, head of the Business Unit Chemtech, sees huge potential in the technology: "Our products help our clients reduce their use of biocides, which are coming under increased scrutiny. This makes it possible to manufacture products that are more environmentally friendly and economical."
