ICA expands three facilities in Italy

Monday, 19 October 2009

ICA relocates three wood coatings facilities to Lissone (Milan), Gorgo al Monticano (Treviso) and Manzano (Udine).

ICA Group, a manufacturer of special coatings for wood, has decided to transfer three of its Italian facilities to new, expanded sites, located in strategic areas within the Italian furniture and woodworking hubs. The branches/warehouses in question are now located in Lissone (Milan), Gorgo al Monticano (Treviso) and Manzano (Udine). These new facilities feature equipment for the production of sample coatings and paints. Furthermore, the new locations provide a suitable environment to conduct application tests and the staging of refresher courses. In addition, the facilities can be used for the storage of finished products. The expansion and relocation focuses on the three strategic hubs, where 70 % of the Italian woodworking industry is concentrated.
