In the first instance, please refer my column "Ramblings & Random Thoughts" in the July 2000 issue of Paintindia, pages 29-30,32. Should you not be able to reach a copy, please contact me & I'll send you an electronic copy. Should you require further discussions leading to an appropriate formulation, I could assist you professionally. Best wishes,

Sir,
I want to know that why you are using styrene for exterior surface. it is hard and its uv resitance is poor, so chalking may occur.
for formulation on payment basis, contact us directly if you desire.
good luck

I'm doing a light paint correction before adding a ceramic coating onto a brand new Model 3 and I just couldn't believe what I saw during my vehicle condition report. I have never, ever in my years seen so much trash, fish eye, solvent pop, re-work swirls, re-work burn, nibs, edge bubbles and tap marks on a brand new car. The only thing I have yet to see on this Model 3 is a paint run.

The other thing that blew my mind was the inconsistency of the paint thickness all over the car. I can't believe that a new, from the factory panel can have 4.1 mills thin out to 2.7 - on the SAME panel! The thinnest spot I have found was 2.1 mills on the trunk lid. 2.1!!

And I don't even want to get into the fit and finish of some the parts on this thing. Appliques that are not fully seated, rear camera was halfway installed on the trunk lid, rubber trim folded over. Jeesh... I feel like I should send Tesla a bill!

I understand that most drivers will never see what I see, but for those of you that can - try not too. I sincerely hope that Tesla can resolve this paint issue because these cars are amazing machines.
