Epoxy Resin has natural tendency to crystallize at low temperatures. Once it gets it can be treated by subjecting it to about 50°C until all the crystals are melted.

QUESTION 1: Could it be possible that an Epoxy Resin; blended with filler powders can get crystallized at low temperatures, though it has gone thru about 80°C during blending?

QUESTION 2: Would it be a good practice to heat the resin to 50°C for 1 hour before every blending?
