What is the best method to protect the inside of large, hollow-shaped constructions consisting of steel pipes of about 1/2 to 1 inch in diameter. The items are too big (up to 12 x 3m) to fit in a galvanizing or an electrocoat process.

Depending on the service enviroment, blast the pipes using pipe pigging blast machine and spray it with coal tar epoxy using spin spray technique. Application can also be done using pouring technique but requires skill during application.
