I want to produce a paint analogic Thermoshield. In this technology thera microsphereres as fillers. When I put this filler in my paint it has negative odour. Why? In this paint I use acrylic dispersion as Acronal A 754. And these microspheres are NaSiB nature. Why my paint has negative odour?

You mean it sucks the smell right out of your nose!? Darn! Does this mean it could be a great additive to achieve subzero VOC!?

dear mr chilochi okasana,
you have not used good clean water which is free of bacteria which may be the reason for your paint going bad(foul smell) not due to microspheres.please you uv sterlizer for your water used to make paint.

Use a good biocide to prevent bad odour
