AE topcoat recoat failure

Can anyone help? I am formulating an Alkyd Emulsion based topcoat that consistently shows recoat failure (on itself) in terms of linear cissing along the brush marks despite having screened numerous wetting agents and defoamers. I have been told this is common to most AE topcoats but was looking for suggestions to overcome it.

Dear Paul,
you can add little 1% of flow additive, plasticiser like texanol or butylcellosolve will prevent flow problems and please add flow additive like Tego450 which is recoatable.
