Seminar fees

Subscribers of European Coatings Journal and FARBEUNDLACK or European Coatings 360° and FARBEUNDLACK // 360° will benefit from a 10% discount. A discount of 15% will be granted for one attendee who registers for 2 seminars or for 3 or more attendees who register from the same company. Only the highest discount will apply. Fees need to be paid before the start of the seminar. All seminars in Europe are subject to VAT. To reclaim, please contact your local tax office.

 

Fees include:

  • Seminar proceedings
  • Lunch and coffee breaks
  • List of delegates
  • Certificate of participation
  • European Coatings 360° - 20% discount on your trial subscription during your first year.
 

Cancellations

Cancellation will be accepted and fees refunded if made in writing and received four weeks prior to the seminar. If cancellation is received later, but not later than two weeks before the seminar, 50% of the fees will be refunded. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organiser or who cancel later than two weeks prior to the seminar will be liable for the whole seminar fees. Substitutions of attendees may be made at any time. Any fees to be refunded will be paid after the end of the seminar.  

 

Hotel reservation

Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Once you have registered, we will send out an official confirmation along with further information incl. a hotel reservation form enabling you to book your room in a hotel near by at a special rate.

 

Please note

The organiser reserves the right to change the programme content or to cancel the event due to important reasons. Cancellation fees of third parties that may incur in this context will not be reimbursed.Vincentz Network produces a list of delegates for each event which may include the following information: company name, address (street, zip code, city), name and job function of delegate. This list of delegates will be made available to all seminar delegates, speakers and possible sponsors of the event, who may use them for promotional purposes. Objection against publication and circulation of this data may be made up to 3 weeks prior to the event and has to be made in writing to the organiser. Photographs and videos of attendees will be taken during the events and may be used for promotional purpose. The address data are processed for customer service and information purpose in compliance with German Data Protection Law. Company’s name, city and country might be published on the Internet as reference for upcoming events.
