20 October 2020

Detectives wanted

Errors in paint production and in the coating process, are among the main cost drivers in the painting process. They thus indirectly reduce the competitiveness of a company. A well-founded error analysis is therefore immensely important, starting from the basis - the paint formulation. This can prevent errors in the further process or lead to a faster result in the event of a complaint.

Your key-learnings

  • What defect patterns are there along the process chain from paint development through production to the finished coating?
  • Which analysis methods provide assistance and how are they used correctly?
  • What is the right approach to damage analysis?
  • How can errors be avoided and what tools are available?
