Members of RadTech Europe are companies with an essential relation to the technology of UV/EB curing. On-line Conference Registration » After we have received the conference registration, delegates will be sent a written confirmation of participation and invoice in return, followed by more details in due time. Conference materials (including badge, conference proceedings as CD, etc) will be ready for collection upon your arrival at the conference registration desk in Nice. Registration desk will be open on each day of the conference from 8.00 h. After 25 September 2009 delegates are asked to register on-site in Nice. Please note that on-site registrations cannot be guaranteed as conference places are limited. Conference Registration Fees Full Conference, 14 - 15 October 2009 1.300 EUR One Day Conference 700 EUR Members of RadTech Europe, university members and endusers will get a discount on the conference registration fee. For further information see the conference registration form . As all stated conference fees are net prices, 19,6 % French VAT has to be added. The total amount incl. 19,6 % French VAT must be paid by all delegates from any country. In some cases the VAT is refundable. Fees include
Cancellations In the event of cancellation, fees will be refunded in full if notification of cancellation is received by 31 August 2009. If notice of cancellation is received later, but not later than 14 September 2009, 50 % of the conference fee will be refunded. The postmark date shall apply in all cases. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organisers or who cancel after 14 September 2009 will be liable for the full conference fee. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing and will be confirmed by the organisers. Any fees to be refunded will be paid after the conference. Conference Language The RadTech Europe 2009 Conference & Exhibition will be held in English only. Hotel Reservation Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference fees. Reservations will be handled by our service partner MCI Group. Please complete the hotel hotel reservation form (pdf-file) and mail or fax it directly to MCI. You will receive a written confirmation for your hotel booking. Click here » for your online hotel reservation. Visa Information International attendees who will need to obtain a visa for visiting France should contact the French embassy or consulate in order to determine how to apply and the length of time required to process applications. The organiser has no influence over the issuance of visas. Notice Please note that photographs of delegates will be taken during the conference and may be used for promotional purposes. The address data are processed for customer service and information purposes in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Law.
