Sartomer Company and Cray Valley realign business units

Global specialty chemicals manufacturer Sartomer Company and sister company Cray Valley, both part of Total’s chemical branch, are realigning their organizations to better synchronize products and services with customers and markets. The changes become effective 1 January 2010. Sartomer’s photocure business will operate as a new business entity, Sartomer USA, LLC. The company will drive market growth through more focused activity in UV/EB markets and non-rubber markets. A new business unit was created called Hydrocarbon Specialty Chemicals (HSC), which will operate as Cray Valley USA, LLC. This unit will handle resins, along with rubber coagents.
