The pigments provide good light and weather fastness properties. Combined with effect pigments they produce metal effect shades.
Two new high performance pigments are now available on the market - "Lysopac Red 2230C" and "7730C". "2230C" is a clean shade magenta of Quinacridone chemistry with good light and weather fastness properties. "7730 C" is a transparent blue shade red pigment of Anthraquinone chemistry with good light and weather fastness. Both pigments can be combined with opaque grade pigments (orange & red) to produce solid shades. They can also be combined with effect pigments to produce metal effect shades. Application areas for both pigments are i.e. industrial paints (solvent- and waterbased), OEM and car refinish, powder coatings and decorative paints.
