Conference Registration Fee The standard conference fee amounts to 999 EUR (plus 19% German VAT). For airline employees we offer a special conference rate of 799 EUR (plus 19% German VAT). The VAT amount must be paid by all delegates from any country. The conference fees include conference proceedings, luncheon, coffee/tea and a list of delegates as well as the welcome get-together on 14 May 2008 and the IntAIRCOAT Night on 15 May 2008. Accommodation Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee but can be made directly in the conference venue, the Holiday Inn Munich-City Centre. Take advantage of our special conference room rate of 147,- € per night including breakfast. Once you have registered for the conference, we will send out an official confirmation along with further information incl. a hotel reservation fax with which you can book your room in the hotel. In all cases date of postmark shall apply. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time. Cancellations and changes should be notified in writing and will be confirmed by the organiser. Any fee to be refunded will be paid after the end of the conference. Conference language The conference will be translated simultaneously into English, German and French. Notice Photographs of delegates will be taken during the conference and may be used for promotional purposes. The address data are processed for customer service and information purposes in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Law. Company's name, city and country will be published on the internet as reference for the next event. |
