The Accommodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in the CEPE Annual conference & General Assembly fee. On behalf of CEPE we have arranged a room block for conference delegates in the Grand Hotel Esplanade Berlin. After having registered for the conference, you will receive a hotel reservation fax with which you can book your room in the hotel directly. Payment for accommodation can be made directly on-site at the Hotel upon arrival.

Please note that early hotel reservation is essential due to the limited availability and the high demand of hotel rooms. Hotel bookings any later than 11th August 2008 are according to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Social Programme
For those who arrive early or depart late, we have organised a special and exclusive social programme, which will give you and/or your spouse the possibility to discover Berlin. If you would like attend, please make your reservation on the conference registration form. Please note that seats are limited.

Cancellation
The fee will be refunded in full if notice of cancellation is received up to 4 weeks before the conference. 50% of the fee will be refunded if cancellation is received later, but not later than 2 weeks before the conference. Delegates who fail to attend without notifying the organiser will be liable for the whole conference fee. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time.

Photographs of delegates will be taken during the conference and may be used for promotional purposes. The address data are processed for customer service and information purposes.
