Flint Group introduced "BioCure F", a UV flexo ink system with good print and press performance. The good viscosity provides very good run ability and overall ease of use which means a high productivity. The high colour strength leads to low ink usage for very good release/transfer.It helps to reduce waste and increases the pressuptime by its consistent density. Furthermore allows the good adhesion to multiple substrates printers to use the same ink for a UV synthetic application and a paper label application. Low foaming and minimal plate swell allows for extended print runs. The ink system is formulated with bio-renewable materials and is therefore environmentally friendly. The product is available in the four colour process set and Pantone shades to enable a fully sustainable print for any graphic design.
