Presenting inorganic-organic composite dispersion technology for facade applications
Tuesday, 6 December 2011
A combination of the positive contributions of inorganic and organic components to a novel composite binder solution will be introduced live.
Polymer dispersions set the performance standards in construction applications by improving the protective and decorative functionalities of façade plasters and paints.
Following the molecular design of the inorganic-organic composite dispersions the content of inorganic components and also the polymer chemistry (acrylate, styrene-acrylate, vinyl acetate-ethylene, vinyl chloride copolymers) can be adapted specifically to construction market needs.
Dr. Jürgen Bezler, Wacker, Germany will present this dispersion at the European Coatings Conference "Construction Chemicals". He will introduce the new composite dispersion technology, highlight the chemical binder technology advancements and discuss specific property improvements in façade applications, e.g. improved resistance against negative weathering exposure and improved aesthetical appearance in terms of colour stability.
