Just before the start of the European Coatings Congress from 28 to 30 March, 2011 in Nuremberg, eleven concise and intensive tutorials will be offered to attendees. These three-hour lectures are aimed at updating participants on the major technologies employed in the coatings industry. The topics to choose from are construction chemicals, adhesives & sealants, printing inks, marine coatings, anticorrosion coatings, flame retardant coatings, easy-cleanability, polyurethanes, film formation, radiation curing, and epoxy coatings. Experts from industry and academia will familiarize attendees with the basics of the coatings technology concerned. Numbers for each seminar are limited to 25.
