sasolwax ap5 2.2
oleic acid 0.3
monoethanolamine 0.3
water 12.2
non ionic N9 15.0
water 70.0
melt the wax and o;eoc acid together at 120 C Cool to 100 C and add the amine
In a separate container heat the water to 90degC add the wax mix to the water with rapid sterring.
Cool to 40degC with continuous stirring.
In a separate container dissolve the non-ionic with the water. Slowly add this to the wax/water blend. Stir slowly to room temperature
filter and pack
never use an open flame to heat the wax
